| Bloomington speech, debate teams among top in nation Oct. 12, 2009
The Bloomington Jefferson High School speech and debate program has been inducted in the National Forensics League’s 100 Club.
The national recognition is reserved for the top 10 percent of high school speech and debate programs nationwide. Programs must earn 100 degrees or more over the previous year to qualify. Speech and debate students earn degrees based on points scored during competitive events.
