Facilities Planning for Success is a comprehensive facilities planning process to determine how the District and its facilities should best meet future global, societal and educational challenges.

A 33-member team of staff, parents, business leaders and community residents are working to develop a financially feasible plan that will support and enhance the delivery of educational programs and services for Bloomington Public Schools’ students.

The plan will align with the District’s Strategic Plan and will address:
a) educational facility plans for the next five years;
b) a timeline of major benchmark dates;
c) a cost and financing budget; and
d) special education space needs for current and future programs provided by District 287.
